Caribbean Islands

The Turks and Caicos Islands, located in the Caribbean, are about 600 miles from Miami, Florida. These islands are a British territory and the primary language is English. In order to reach the islands, you must fly. Several airlines serve Turks and Caicos, including Delta and American Airlines. The main airport is located on Grand Turk Island in the capitol city of Providenciales. If you plan to stay on a different island, air shuttle service is available to small airports. Be advised that you will need a passport and will have to go through immigration.
Accommodations vary from motels such as Comfort Suites to all-inclusive resorts to private homes available for rent. Some are located in the towns on the islands, while others are right on the beautiful beaches that the Turks and Caicos are famous for.
