As Microsoft continued to develop new operating systems for PCs, they reached a hiccup with the Vista release. Although Vista was an improvement over Windows XP in some aspects, the total value was never perceived to be enough to cause wide acceptance by the PC user community. Windows 7 is expected to be a total enhanced package that to all indications will have a much greater acceptance. Some of the appealing new features center on the visual aspects of the new OS. Introduced in Windows Vista, a new set of visual enhancements are included in the Windows 7 OS. This set of visual aspects comes under the title of Aero, which includes Snap, Shake, and Peek. These visual effects are utilized to present a desktop for the user that is less cluttered. This is an article that anyone with a computer should read.
